Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods by going door-to-door.
- Introduce homeowners to Mid Atlantic Roofing and our free roof inspection program.
- Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in receiving a free inspection.
- Record homeowner information and appointments using our Lead Scout app.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude while representing the company.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to assigned neighborhoods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous canvassing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- $18/hour
- $100 bonus for every inspection appointment that results in a completed inspection
- Weekly performance bonuses and incentives.
