Job Description:
Top Shelf Painting & Improvement Specialists is actively hiring an experienced in-home sales representative with a strong background in residential painting or home improvement sales. This role is designed for a proven closer who can run appointments, build rapport, and consistently close deals.
We are looking to hire immediately and need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.

- Prior experience in interior/exterior residential sales
- Previous role with a painting or home improvement company
- Proven closing ability / strong close rate
- Reliable, professional vehicle (required for appointments)
- Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
Responsibilities:
- Run pre-set and self-generated sales appointments
- Conduct in-home estimates and present proposals
- Build trust with homeowners and close deals on the spot
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-only pay structure (no cap on earnings)
