The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality psychiatric and mental health services, including assessments, medication management, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility, supportive leadership, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care

Document clinical encounters in our EHR (TherapyNotes)

Collaborate closely with therapists, supervisors, and clinical leadership

Participate in case consultations and staff meetings

Maintain compliance with California laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies

Active California Nurse Practitioner license

PMHNP certification preferred (but not required)

DEA number (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in mental health or psychiatric settings a plus
