JOB This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Registrar’s Office under the general direction of the Registrar. Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of academic records for all MACC students—past and present—within the student information system and in both digital and physical storage environments. This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position covered by the Public Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri (PEERS).

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES This position requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree. The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in an integrated database system is mandatory. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are also essential for this position.
