The Bending Department houses a fully automated bending work center suited for high volume versatility, supplemented with a range of CNC press brakes, to achieve Schaefer's signature customization. Correctly select product specific folder tooling.
- Program, operate, and adjust CNC controls.

Read and interpret production drawings and other engineering aids.
- Use precision measurement tools to check for dimensional part accuracy.
- Make routine decisions and use analytical strategies to resolve nonconformance issues.

Perform assigned work within time standards and quality expectations.

Account for time and work completed via labor reporting system.

Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues.

Conduct and document operator preventative maintenance as scheduled.

Folder/Press Brake Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
