We are hiring 6 event staff members for an exciting brand activation.
We are hiring for two different roles:
1. Guest Experience Staff (4 Positions)
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and professional team members who are comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Managing customer flow and line organization
- Creating a positive and engaging experience
- Answering basic questions and supporting the onsite team
Ideal Candidates
- Customer service or event experience is a plus
- Friendly and confident communicating with guests
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable in a busy event environment
2. Tech / Production Support Staff (2 Positions)
We are looking for organized individuals who are comfortable working with technology and following systems/processes carefully.
Staff in this role will assist with a laser engraving machine activation. The machine is straightforward to operate and training will be provided onsite.
Responsibilities
- Operating and assisting with the laser engraving activation
- Following workflows and production systems carefully
- Supporting onsite setup and production flow
- Assisting the event team with technical tasks
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- Photoshop or design experience
- Experience using creative software or tech equipment
- Previous production, maker-space, fabrication, or event tech experience
Please note: One of the tech support hires will ideally have some design experience, but this is not required.
