Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Recycling Facility
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our recycling and asset recovery facility in Aurora. In this role, you will work as part of a small team responsible for sorting, organizing, and processing returned store fixtures and materials from retail locations. This position plays an important role in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment while supporting cost reduction through proper recycling and material handling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload inbound and outbound pallets from trucks.
- Sort returned fixtures and materials into the appropriate categories.
- Inspect and separate high-quality cartons from damaged or low-quality cartons.
- Apply labels and stickers to approved cartons.
- Clean, wrap, and organize pallets for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Lift, count, sort, pack, and handle materials and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail when sorting and labeling materials.
- Willingness to learn new warehouse tasks and processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution is a plus.
