Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Secretary to join our public adjusting office. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive experience while ensuring the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars.
- Assist clients with paperwork and document collection.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital client files.
- Enter and update client information in company software and CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients regarding claim documentation and appointments.
- Monitor office email accounts and respond to routine inquiries.
- Ensure the front office remains organized and professional at all times.

As the company continues to expand, this role is expected to evolve into a larger Office Administration/Management position with increased responsibility, leadership opportunities, and greater involvement in day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and excited to continuously take on new responsibilities and grow within the organization.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
