The Pearl is looking for a dependable, experienced cook to help keep our kitchen moving and our food consistently great. You’ll prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast items, and other café favorites; handle daily prep; keep your station clean and organized; and work closely with the rest of the team during busy service.
We’re looking for someone who can move quickly without getting sloppy, stay calm when tickets start stacking up, and take pride in making simple food really well. You should be comfortable working independently, following prep lists and recipes, cleaning as you go, and jumping in where needed.
Kitchen experience is strongly preferred. Baking experience a big plus. Must be reliable, efficient, organized, and able to work well with a small team. A good attitude and common sense go a very long way around here.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
