We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front of House Associate to join our team. As a key member of our bakery, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and contributing to our team dynamic.
1. Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, and assist them with their orders.
2. Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
3. Operate cash registers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
5. Stock and replenish bakery items, utensils, and supplies as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with other team members.
8. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating teamwork, respect, and reliability.
