The Carolina Inn at Village Green is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts. These positions are ideal for CNAs looking for extra income, a predictable rotation, or a second job that leaves half your weekends free.
Schedule

Every other weekend — Saturday and Sunday

Day shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm, or Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Take and record vital signs

Monitor and report changes to licensed nurses

Provide emotional support and companionship

Document care accurately

Maintain safety and cleanliness
Requirements

Active North Carolina CNA certification (Required – must be listed on NC Nurse Aide Registry)

Availability to work every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts

Strong reliability and attendance

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred

Assisted living or long-term care experience

CPR/First Aid certification
