FTK Hospitality DC is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at our upscale coastal restaurant in Baltimore, MD. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead a polished, guest-focused dining experience featuring an elevated seafood and coastal menu. Key Responsibilities

Own full P&L responsibilities, including revenue, labor, food and beverage costs, and budgeting.

Lead and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure elevated service standards.

Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and daily financial reporting.

Drive private dining and event revenue while enhancing community brand presence.

Partner with ownership on operational strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements

3–5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale, fine dining, or coastal/seafood restaurant concepts.

Proven experience in full P&L management, including food cost, beverage cost, labor, and forecasting.

Experience with wine and beverage programs is required.

Polished, guest-focused leadership style with an active floor presence.

Must currently reside in or near the Baltimore, MD market.
