Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver top-tier service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Oversee daily bar operations and cleanliness standards
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
- Maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Square POS and Micros POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Manage guest interactions professionally, resolving issues promptly to uphold our reputation for excellence
Skills
- Extensive experience in fine dining or nightclub environments with a strong background in food service and beverage preparation
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Square POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during busy hours
- Strong sales ability to upsell beverages and promote specials effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards, catering procedures, banquet experience, and food handling protocols
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and restaurant accounting
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices including brewing processes, nightclubs operations, and retail environments
