Life & Health Insurance Sales Agent (Telesales) — Experienced or Entry-Level Welcome

We’re growing our life and health insurance sales team and are looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a real career in insurance sales. Whether you’re a licensed, experienced agent ready to plug into a proven system, or you’re brand new to the industry and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
Our team specializes in a range of life and health insurance products designed to protect families and help them build long-term financial security.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold prospecting from scratch)
- Educate clients on their options and match them with the right coverage
- Close sales over the phone using proven scripts and objection-handling techniques
- Manage your pipeline through our CRM system
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced Agents:
- Active life/health insurance license (or willing to obtain one)
- Track record of closing sales over the phone
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced dial environment
No Experience? No Problem:
- We provide full training, scripts, and ongoing coaching
- You’ll need to obtain your state life/health license (we’ll guide you through this)
- Strong communicators, self-starters, and coachable personalities thrive here
