Psychological Testing Coordinator (Psychometrist) – Part-Time
Compass Pain and Wellness is seeking a motivated Psychological Testing Coordinator (Psychometrist) to join our growing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in psychology, neuroscience, neuropsychology, or medicine who is looking to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience. No previous psychometric testing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
About the Role
Working under the supervision of our licensed neuropsychologist, you will administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments to patients undergoing evaluation for traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Your role is to administer tests according to standardized protocols; all interpretation and report writing are performed by our neuropsychologist.
Responsibilities
- Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments according to established protocols.
- Prepare testing materials and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a professional, supportive testing environment for patients.
- Coordinate testing schedules with the clinical team.
- Ensure testing procedures are completed consistently and accurately.
- Assist with other testing-related administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related field (required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working with patients.
- Interest in neuropsychology, neurology, rehabilitation, psychology, or healthcare.
No prior psychometric testing experience is required. We provide complete training and ongoing supervision.
