76-year-old Family Owned Business, seeking and experienced Full Time technicians that is looking for a long term career with a rapidly expanding company. Technicians will diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance duties on all makes and models of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. We are looking for someone extremely customer friendly and ready to work. All technicians are electronically dispatched from their house directly to the customer to take care of their needs. Technicians will need to be able to diagnose possible issues with systems and work with customers on their options to fix these issues. Full Benefits and Medical.
Minimum of 2-year work experience perfered
County and City License or willingness to obtain
All certifications need to be up to date
Valid Driver’s License needed with clean Driving Record
Job Purpose:
Maintains environmental conditions by installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; maintaining records.
Duties:
- Organizes work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gathering required materials.
- Establishes environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, motors, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components; completes power connections.
- Tests and repairs environmental systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing sealants, parts, and components.
- Documents actions by completing equipment records.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
