Compensation Structure

The ideal candidate wants to build their professional and financial future based on the value they create, the patients they serve, and the growth they help generate.
This Is Not a High-Volume Adjustment Position
Illuminnate Chiropractic & Wellness Studio is a spinal-correction practice.
Our model emphasizes:
- Medium-to-low patient volume
- Higher-quality, individualized care
- Objective clinical outcomes
- Appropriate therapeutic dosing
- Corrective exercise and rehabilitation
- Patient education and active participation
- Long-term improvements in structure and function
We are not interested in moving as many patients as possible through the office. We are committed to providing the time, attention, clinical reasoning, and therapeutic interventions necessary to help each patient achieve a meaningful outcome.
We want a doctor who shares that philosophy.
Our Correction Mindset
We do not view chiropractic care as the temporary treatment of symptoms alone.
Pain matters, but it is not the only clinical measurement that matters.
Our approach considers spinal structure, biomechanics, posture, nervous-system function, movement capacity, and the physical stresses contributing to the patient’s condition.
We use the correction philosophies, protocols, and devices associated with:
- Chiropractic BioPhysics®
- Pettibon spinal correction
- Postural and biomechanical rehabilitation
- Corrective spinal traction
- Therapeutic exercise
- Spinal decompression
- Class IV laser therapy
- Shockwave therapy
- Neuromuscular rehabilitation
The successful doctor must be willing to learn, apply, and continually improve within this corrective model.
Prior experience with Chiropractic BioPhysics® or Pettibon is valuable but not mandatory if the candidate is highly coachable and committed to mastering a spinal-correction approach.
Who You Are
You are not looking for a position where you simply arrive, adjust patients, and leave.
You want to become part of a growing practice where your clinical decisions, communication, leadership, and patient outcomes directly influence your professional success.
You are:
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- A driven and self-directed Doctor of Chiropractic
- Outcomes-focused and committed to measurable patient progress
- A well-intentioned caregiver who genuinely wants patients to improve
- Growth-minded, coachable, and committed to continuing education
- Confident without being arrogant
- Clinically curious and willing to refine your approach
- Comfortable educating patients about their findings and recommendations
- Capable of building trust through clear and ethical communication
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to clinical documentation
- Able to follow through on your commitments
- Calm and professional in a dynamic clinical environment
- Committed to practicing what you teach through a healthy lifestyle
- Interested in growing financially through contribution and performance
- Motivated to help build a respected corrective chiropractic practice
You understand that excellent chiropractic care requires more than delivering an adjustment. It requires clinical reasoning, patient education, appropriate therapeutic dosing, reassessment, documentation, leadership, and genuine concern for the person receiving care.
Who We Are
Illuminnate Chiropractic & Wellness Studio is a chiropractic practice in Fort Lauderdale with a clear mission: to help people restore their health, function, and freedom.
We are a cash-based and personal injury practice with an emphasis on spinal correction, clinical outcomes, and high-quality patient care.
We are not a conventional high-volume chiropractic office. Our patients are not numbers, and our doctors are not adjustment technicians.
We use advanced corrective strategies, objective assessments, therapeutic technologies, and individualized care plans to address the mechanical and functional factors contributing to a patient’s condition.
Our practice is built on the belief that:
- Pain should not become a lifestyle.
- Patients deserve to understand what is happening in their bodies.
- Care recommendations should have a clear clinical purpose.
- Better outcomes require the appropriate frequency, duration, and therapeutic dose.
- Chiropractic care should help patients move better, function better, and live with greater freedom.
The Role: Associate Doctor of Chiropractic
The Associate Doctor will be responsible for delivering high-quality chiropractic care while contributing to the clinical, cultural, and financial growth of the practice.
This position combines:
- Patient evaluation
- Clinical decision-making
- Chiropractic adjusting
- Corrective care
- Patient education
- Progress management
- Documentation
- Practice growth
- Professional leadership

- Develop individualized recommendations based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Deliver safe, specific, and effective chiropractic adjustments.
- Apply spinal-correction principles using Chiropractic BioPhysics® and Pettibon philosophies and devices.
- Incorporate corrective traction, therapeutic exercises, spinal decompression, laser, shockwave, and other supportive therapies when clinically appropriate.
- Determine and deliver an appropriate therapeutic dose based on the patient’s condition, tolerance, and objectives.
- Educate patients about their condition, findings, recommendations, and responsibilities within the care process.
- Conduct progress examinations and use objective findings to evaluate patient response.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, billing partners, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Support the responsible growth and retention of the doctor’s patient base.
- Participate in case reviews, clinical training, team meetings, and practice-development activities.
- Contribute to patient education, community outreach, educational videos, and practice content when needed.
- Track relevant clinical and performance metrics.

- The consistency of your documentation and follow-through
- The collections generated through the patients you personally manage
