Independent used car dealership in Woodstock, GA is looking for a motivated, reliable, and performance-driven Used Car Sales Manager with finance and desking experience.
We are a high-volume independent dealership with strong lead flow, strong inventory, and a fast-turn mindset. We are looking for someone who understands the used car business, can help structure deals, work credit applications, support approvals, close customers, and keep deals moving.
This is a hands-on position. This is not an office-only manager role. The right person must be willing to work leads, answer phones, help customers, desk deals, support finance, and close sales.
Responsibilities
- Answer internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Set and confirm appointments
- Help customers complete credit applications
- Assist with finance submissions, approvals, and stipulations
- Help structure deals and support desking
- Help close customers in person, by phone, and by text
- Follow up with customers before and after appointments
- Work with CRM and lead follow-up process
- Help keep deals moving from lead to delivery
- Work in a volume-focused, fast-turn used car dealership
Requirements
- Used car dealership experience required
- Finance, desking, lender, subprime, or approval experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with credit applications and customer approvals
- Strong phone skills and follow-up habits
- Able to help close customers and structure deals
- Organized with paperwork and deal details
- Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving independent dealership
- Bilingual Spanish is a big plus
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity tied to retail sales volume and gross profit.
Realistic earning opportunity:
$85,000–$150,000+ per year
The better the store performs, the better you perform.
We are a volume dealership. We do not sit on cars forever. We sell cars, help customers get approved, keep inventory moving, and move to the next opportunity.
