Job Summary
Summit Cleaning is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representative to help grow our residential cleaning business throughout Worcester and surrounding communities.
In this role, you will interact directly with homeowners, introduce our cleaning services, and help generate new customer opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and building relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Promote Summit Cleaning's residential cleaning services in local neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
- Generate customer interest and schedule consultations or estimates
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads
- Work independently while meeting performance goals
- Help increase brand awareness throughout the local community
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and the public
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Previous customer service, marketing, canvassing, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and represent the company professionally
