Chief Building Engineer for 2 class A office building located on Central Ave in Phoenix.
Experience required
Duties include the following:
-Expert knowledge of all building systems.
-Perform work orders.
-Manage onsite personnel and vendors.
-Schedule preventative maintenance as needed.
-Interact with tenants and management.
-Coordinate with contractors performing tenant improvements.
-Communicate effectively with city inspectors.
-Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
