Job Summary

Tithof focuses on quality design, production and installation of custom stone and tile. Our staff of experienced designers, skilled craftsmen and team of other professionals are our most valuable asset.
Installers are responsible for the installation of stone countertops and ensures each job is completed in a timely manner, exceeds our customers’ expectations and maintain TTM’s standard of quality and efficiency into every aspect of the work day. Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are key to the success of this role.
Daily Responsibilities
· Drive to customer locations, installing stone/solid surface countertops and sinks into the customers home or business
· Complete paperwork associated with job completion
· Be responsible for your vehicle’s cleanliness and maintenance needs
· Safely handle power tools to polish, cut countertops and make repairs as needed
· Ensure all completed work is clean, caulked and sealed and site is as clean or cleaner than when you arrived
· Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
· Assist in the shop when needed and other duties as assigned
Academic | Trade Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record
- 5 years stone experience
- Experience working with carpentry/building and/or installation preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
- Comfortable reading and interpreting architectural/shop drawings
- Ability to lift, push and or pull 75 pounds repetitively and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position with reasonable accommodation and without posing a threat to the health and safety of the individual or others
- Ability to work efficiently independently while also having the desire to work as part of a team with a results-driven approach
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, takes pride in work and monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance
- Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner
- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demand and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- Dependability and excellent attendance, consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
