IQ Resource Group is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Consultant to join our Green Bay team. In this role, you'll recruit, interview, hire, and support employees while partnering with local businesses to meet their staffing needs. Compensation:
Earn $42,540-$64,960+ per year. This is a salaried, exempt position that combines a competitive base salary with commission and performance bonuses.
- Base Salary: $37,440-$45,760 annually (approximately $18.00-$22/hour equivalent)
- Commission & Bonus Potential: Estimated $5,100-$19,200+ annually
- Paid Time Off: Two weeks of paid vacation during your first year

What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates.
- Match candidates with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
- Conduct onboarding, orientations, and safety training.
- Complete new hire paperwork and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
- Support employees throughout their assignments.
- Partner with clients and coworkers to fill openings quickly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to applicants and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and learning new technology.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, administration, or another people-focused role is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and able to communicate effectively with Spanish speakers from diverse Latin American backgrounds.
