Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the young minds in our care. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding children through their early developmental milestones while fostering a joyful atmosphere that encourages discovery and socialization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum for young children
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the child's educational needs
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback and guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information
Requirements:
- CDA or Associates' degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a preschool setting
- Ability to lift children upto 40lbs
- Work schedule is Mon-Fri, full time only 40hrs a week
