Harris Aire Serv is a locally owned and growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Salt Lake Valley. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
We're looking for a motivated and outgoing HVAC Sales Consultant to help grow our commercial and residential divisions. This is a field-based position focused on networking, relationship building, business development, and closing sales opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Generate new commercial and residential business opportunities
- Attend networking groups, chamber events, trade shows, and community events
- Build relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, realtors, and homeowners
- Prospect and develop new commercial maintenance agreements and service opportunities
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet with customers to assess HVAC needs and provide solutions
- Help grow brand awareness within the community
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities within our CRM
- Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Represent Harris Aire Serv professionally both in the field and at events
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable networking and meeting new people
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience preferred
- HVAC, construction, home service, or B2B sales experience is a plus
- Must be professional, organized, and customer-focused

Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
