We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment. This individual will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify opportunities and requirements

Perform equipment selection and sizing based on application needs

Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for customers and contractors

Provide technical support and product guidance to clients and internal teams

Coordinate with manufacturers to confirm pricing, lead times, and product configurations

Assist outside sales team with project tracking and customer follow-up

Manage submittals, RFIs, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain accurate records in CRM and project tracking systems

Support order entry and ensure accuracy of project details
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or related field (heavily preferred)

Equivalent experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical sales considered

Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems (HVAC preferred)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus
