Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18.00+ per hour ($38,000+ annually)
- 45-day performance review with pay increase opportunity
- $40 per diem for qualifying travel days

What You'll Do
- Operate concrete grinding and polishing equipment
- Prepare and restore concrete surfaces
- Assist with floor coating and surface preparation projects
- Maintain safe and organized job sites
- Travel to projects throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physical work and lift 50+ pounds
- Desire to learn a skilled trade
- Valid driver's license preferred
