Michigan State University Football Event Security
Centurion Security works a variety of locations and special events occurring at MSU.
JOB DUTIES
Specific Duties:
- Lot Security: Monitor secured areas
- Stadium Gates: Screen patrons for prohibited items at event venues
General Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction in emergencies and assist emergency personnel as needed during emergencies
- Make contact with police when needed for law enforcement or order maintenance
- Monitor the facility/event assigned to and be vigilant for prohibited items
WORKING CONDITIONS AND HOURS
Centurion Security provides security for all MSU HOME Football Games (Fri/Sat). The scheduled times will vary, depending on the start time of the Football game and will be posted in advance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess, agree to, and/or have the following:
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work flexible hours.
- Provide a detailed resume of relevant job experience and training (optional)
- Display a high standard of ethical conduct
- Be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Pass an employment background investigation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
