The Kitchen Manager inside the Eagle Stop Convenience Store is responsible for ensure the kitchen is operating efficiently by adhering to company policies and procedures. Properly train employees on customer service and all aspects of their jobs. Meet all deadlines while maintaining company standards. Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
- Recruit, hire, train, encourage, motivate, discipline and terminate store staff as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and meets Eagle Stop standards and government regulations.
- Ensure accurate pricing of all products.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers, coworkers, and managers in a professional manner to ensure store operations meet or exceed expectations.
- Complete inventory and ordering in a timely manner.
- Process invoices on time and accurately.
