LaMettry's Collision, a busy collision repair facility in New Brighton, is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative.
Applicants should be reliable, have a desire to be a team player, and willing to learn new procedures.
The position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through.
We are looking for candidates with a positive and professional attitude who want to help support us in leading the industry with the finest workmanship and quality repair. Our company is committed to providing a customer centric experience with no compromise to making our customers feel like they are our number 1 priority.
Duties include:
Greeting customers
Answering phones
Setting appointments
Coordinating rental cars and lyft rides
Updating our Enterprise ARMS rental system with appointments and repair updates
Creating Repair Order packets
Taking Payments
Entering Insurance Estimates
Calling on Ins Paperwork and Payments
Monthly office supply and coffee order
Sorting Mail
Miscellaneous office related responsibilities
Computer knowledge necessary.
No prior Auto Body experience needed.
Hours are
Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
