1st shift postion (Mon-Fri)
Duties:
- Program, set up and run CNC mills and lathes with accuracy and efficiency
- Load materials and parts and make necessary offsets or adjustments to maintain part quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, and drawings with a high level of accuracy
- Perform first‑piece inspections on setups and parts as trained
- Optimize production rates while maintaining established quality levels
- Complete accurate documentation including setup sheets, part counts, and production records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Perform other assigned duties to support machining and production needs
Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC lathes and/or mills
- Ability to read, interpret, and adjust G‑code programming
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Reliable and able to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Machining: 5 years (Preferred)
- CNC: 5 years (Preferred)
