Madeline's Dining & Events is seeking experienced, dependable Line Cooks who take pride in preparing high-quality food and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. We are a locally owned restaurant and wedding venue known for our scratch-made food, exceptional service, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Work efficiently during lunch, dinner, and banquet service
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and consistently
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help maintain proper food rotation and inventory
- Work multiple stations as needed
- Assist with banquet and wedding food production
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience with sauté, grill, fry, and prep stations preferred
- Ability to multitask during busy service periods
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Reliable transportation

- Full-time and Part-time positions available
Pay
$12.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
