We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our team. If you’re the type who can fix things on the fly, stay organized, and keep a building running smoothly, this gig is right up your alley.
What You’ll Handle:
Assist with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep
Respond to work orders and handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks
Keep common areas, equipment, and grounds safe and in good shape
Support the Maintenance Director with projects as needed
Make sure all safety protocols are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For:
General maintenance experience (healthcare or residential setting is a plus)
Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed
Ability to lift, bend, carry, and stay active throughout the day
Solid communication skills + a team-player mindset
