General Laborer : Hastings, Minnesota
Our customer in Hastings, Minnesota, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting General Laborers to work on 1st shift. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations by performing physical labor tasks throughout the facility during the planting season.
Responsibilities of the General Laborer:
- Load and unload materials throughout the facility.
- Perform general labor tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed.
- Package, sort, or stock products in warehouse or production areas.
General Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, commonly 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and coordination required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow work instructions.
Pay for General Laborer: $18.00/hour.
Type: Seasonal, 1st Shift .
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
