CBD Comfort Zone specializes in helping people use CBD and other natural products to help with todays heath problems. We have 3 stores and have been in business since 2019. Our store in Agoura Hills opened in 2020. We have been successful through educating our employees and customers on the latest innovations in cannabis healthcare. CBD Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information about features and benefits
- Process sales transactions using Square
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications:
- Must be genuine and curious.
- Must be able to ask questions and listen for the answer.
- Must be able to pick up information and relate it to a variety of customers.
- Experience with Cannabis is a positive
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- We will train the right person
