Physical Therapist (PT)— Early Intervention, In-Home
W-2 Position | California | $80–$85/hour — including drive time and admin time
About the role
We're hiring a licensed PT to provide in-home early intervention services to children ages 0–3 and their families. Early intervention supports infants and toddlers who have — or are at risk for — a developmental delay, disability, or health condition that may affect how they develop. Sessions are delivered in the child's natural environment. Parent coaching is an integral part of this role, therefore you'll be working with the family and the child.
Location
Wilmington, Harbor City, Lomita, Long Beach, Carson, San Pedro.
Clinician's are able to select the locations they are able to provide services but we are looking for PTs in the cities listed above.
Hours
PTs are able to choose what days and times they would like to see clients.
Rate:
$80–$85/hour for direct client contact time. Drive time between families is paid. Meetings with our clinical director are paid at the full direct rate.
More Information:
Our office administrator handles cancellations, reschedules, and handles other administrative tasks. Materials and a company email are provided.
What we're looking for
- Active California PT license
- At least a year with children with developmental disabilities
- Comfortable in family homes and genuinely interested in coaching parents
- Reliable Transportation
