Job Overview
A Wetzel's Pretzels employee (Crew Member) may receive an extra $2-$4 tip for every hour. Your daily tasks may include preparing fresh pretzel dough, baking and assembling pretzels, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. You'll assist customers with their orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure all food safety standards are followed. Team members often rotate between stations, which offers variety and helps build a versatile skill set. Working effectively with coworkers and communicating clearly helps to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Hand-rolling dough, twisting pretzels, baking, and preparing specialty items (like Wetzel Bitz).
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- Operations: Operating the point-of-sale (cash register) system.
- Cleaning/Safety: Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, including equipment, counters, and floors.
- Stocking: Ensuring ingredients and supplies are replenished.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Reliability & Attitude: A positive, energetic, and reliable team player.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced, hot environment.
- Experience: Often no experience required, as paid training is provided.
- Age: 18 years old and up for full-time and 16 years old and up for part-time.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
