Job Summary
Kleen Krew is a professional cleaning team supporting short-term vacation rentals and long-term rental properties throughout the Thurston County area. We are currently hiring Part-Time Cleaning & Turnover Specialists to help keep our homes guest-ready and move-in-ready.
This role focuses on vacation rental turnovers, including detailed cleaning, laundry, and restocking between guest stays, as well as move-out and make-ready cleanings for long-term rental homes when tenants move out.

Responsibilities
- Clean and reset short-term vacation rentals between guest stays
- Perform move-out and make-ready cleanings for long-term rental homes
- Wash, dry, fold, and restock linens and towels
- Restock property supplies (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
- Ensure homes are completed on time and ready for guests or new tenants
Schedule & Hours
- Most shifts fall between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Hours vary based on check-outs, move-outs, and seasonal demand
- Holiday availability is a plus
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience required (residential, hotel, or vacation rentals)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
