REAL EARNING POTENTIAL
$18 – $23/hr BASE PAY (based on experience & skill level)
PLUS BONUSES:

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery services, and routine maintenance
- Complete digital vehicle inspections with photos and videos
- Perform fluid services including transmission, brake, coolant, differential, transfer case, and power steering flushes
- Replace brake pads, rotors, and perform brake fluid services
- Perform suspension and steering repairs including control arms, sway bar links, tie rods, ball joints, and shocks/struts (based on skill level)
- Replace CV axles, wheel bearings, batteries, filters, belts, and other bolt-on components
- Assist senior technicians with more advanced diagnostics and repairs while developing your skills
- Document inspections and completed work in our shop management system
- Road test vehicles (when appropriate) to verify repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We're hiring Lube Techs and C-Level (Tech III) Techs who are motivated to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Unlike many shops, we don't keep our lube techs changing oil forever. We actively train and mentor our technicians, giving them opportunities to learn brakes, suspension, steering, fluid services, cooling systems, CV axles, wheel bearings, and other mechanical repairs as they demonstrate proficiency. If you're eager to learn, we'll invest in your growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6 months to 2 years of automotive experience preferred (professional or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Willingness to learn and take on more advanced repairs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE
- ASE G1 or one or more ASE certifications
- Maryland State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, or fluid services
- Experience using digital vehicle inspections
- Basic automotive tool set (shop provides specialty tools)
Pay level is based on real-world ability — not just years of experience
