About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in keeping our office operations running smoothly by managing customer information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data is properly entered and tracked within our systems.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with technology and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain customer data in our CRM and Jobber software
Keep customer records accurate, organized, and up to date
Track project and client information throughout the sales and production process
Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
Maintain digital files and office records
Coordinate with office staff and field teams to ensure information is communicated accurately
Identify and correct data discrepancies when needed
Support day-to-day office operations as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers and software platforms
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Experience with Jobber is highly preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Reliable and self-motivated
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation
Ability to work full-time
Pass a background check if required
