Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Glen Burnie, MD, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$110,000 (negotiable based on experience), along with a PVA-based bonus program and excellent long-term growth opportunities.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week, with an expected patient volume of 150–200 adjustments per week. Doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes with each patient in a fast-paced, efficient practice focused on delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting Day 1 patient consultations and examinations
- Delivering Day 2 Reports of Findings
- Presenting and explaining cash-based care plans and treatment recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments using Manual Diversified and Activator techniques
- Delivering active and passive therapy
- Promoting wellness lifestyle education
- Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education
This practice operates under an individual doctor model, allowing each chiropractor to build and manage their own patient base while benefiting from the support of an experienced, collaborative team. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate.
