HI! We are Kriad Construction! A busy general contractor based out of Pepperell, Masachusetts.
We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the construction field, who would like to learn and further themselves in the trades.
We do primarily finish work and millwork installation. Including cabinets, panel work, architectural features, door and window trim, crown molding, baseboard etc. We also do our own custom homes and renovations; frame, siding, windows, and finish all included in our scope.
Our work is predominantly based in Boston, Metro west, the north shore, local and more! candidate must be willing to travel.

Canidate must have:
-valid drivers license
-means of transportation
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, drawings
- Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements and plans
- Build scaffolding and other construction structures
- installation of cabinets and other Architectual millwork
- Trimming of doorways and windows. baseboards. crown molding. Stairs.
- tool upkeep and maintenance
- keeping a clean work station and job site
Skills
- Proven experience as carpenter
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
- understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good physical condition and endurance
- OSHA 10hr (required, if candidate does not have have it, must get within first 30 days of employment)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
