We're looking for a Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. You'll work side-by-side with our loan officers and underwriters to move files forward, keep clients informed, and make the loan approval process as smooth and fast as possible.
This is a high-impact role in a real business — you'll touch every file and be a critical part of every closing.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial documents to support sound lending decisions
- Work directly with underwriters and loan officers to build a complete financial picture for each client
- Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loan files from application through approval
- Coordinate with loan officers throughout the approval process to keep things moving efficiently
- Ensure all files remain in compliance with industry regulations and lending standards
- Track conditions, follow up on outstanding items, and keep every file on schedule

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of residential or commercial loan processing experience preferred — not required
- Strong PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace a plus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently toward clear goals without constant supervision
- Self-directed and genuinely motivated to grow in the mortgage industry
