Best Plumber is looking for an organized, proactive Dispatcher to help keep our technicians productive, our customers informed, and our operations running smoothly. This position plays a critical role in managing the service board, coordinating schedules, and supporting both our field and office teams.
Responsibilities

Manage the daily service board and technician schedules.

Assign calls using the Right Tech, Right Call philosophy.

Monitor technician progress and make real-time schedule adjustments.

Communicate with customers regarding arrivals, delays, and scheduling updates.

Prioritize emergency calls and revenue opportunities.

Support the CSR team by assisting with inbound booking calls during high call volume and overflow periods.

Maintain accurate job records and workflow completion in ServiceTitan.

Prepare the schedule for the following day to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications

Previous dispatching experience preferred.

ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service industries is a plus.
