Parts Associate
About Us: BIK Boom Trucks LLC is a service and repair facility that specializes in repairing and maintaining truck mounted loading/unloading equipment such as, articulating knuckle cranes, boom trucks, and truck mounted forklifts.
Pay-Structure: $20 - $25 per hour
Qualified Candidates are required to have:
- Strong, pleasant phone presence
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer, and email experience: Excel, Word experience required. QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Own transportation and maintain a valid drivers license.
- MUST be reliable, punctual, and able to operate well under occasional demanding situations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering, routing and prioritizing all incoming calls
- Taking customer parts orders over the phone, and/or at counter, and arranging fulfillment as needed.
- Routing service-related calls to Service Manager
- Ordering and tracking parts
- Manage inventory levels of consumable parts and shop supplies.
- Coordinate with various Vendors as needed.
- Arrange for pickup, and/or delivery of parts or trucks as needed. (Shipping/Receiving)
- Manage customer issues as needed.
- Administration
- Open/close purchase orders
- Close completed work orders as instructed
- Filing
- Work with BIK head office accounting team on a daily basis.
- Track, manage, and order office supplies as needed.
- Any other potential duties that may be related to customer service, parts management, and administration.

- $20-$25 per hour, paid bi weekly, depending on experience.
