Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller clients from lead to close
Negotiate offers and guide clients through contract-to-close details
Maintain and grow a referral-based business through client relationships
Stay current on local market trends and pricing strategy
Leverage Industry-based technology and other tools to manage your business efficiently
Qualifications:
Active Kansas real estate license with a proven production history
Strong negotiation and client-management skills
Self-driven with an established or growing sphere of influence
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team
