Mara Law, P.A. is hiring a Family & Elder Law Attorney committed to our mission: protect you, your family, and your assets. We’re a compassionate, client‑focused firm handling divorce, custody, guardianship, estate planning, probate, and Medicaid planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage family and elder law cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients in hearings and mediations
- Communicate clearly and empathetically
Qualifications:
- Licensed Florida attorney
- Experience in family or elder law preferred
- Strong advocacy and communication skills
- Client‑centered approach
