Duties
- Oversee all sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising in store, online, and social platforms to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists and sales associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Provide expert styling to customers, understanding their needs and offering fashion solutions that elevate their confidence.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting new collections and special events to boost store traffic and sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team towards shared goals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador both in store and on social media, ensuring every customers interaction reflects the elevate experience of our boutique.
- Oversee all social media contact creation including styling outfits, photographing new arrivals, creating engaging content, helping showcase the brands personality on all social channels.
- Ensure all visual merchandising displays and styling moments me expectations and present a cohesive curated experience for the customer.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
