Provide counseling support to students across academic, social-emotional, and behavioral domains
Exposure to multiple grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
Collaborative teams including teachers, administrators, and support staff
Opportunities to support MTSS / RTI, SEL initiatives, and school-wide programs
You’ll help students navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges while fostering a positive school environment and supporting whole-child development.
Provide individual and group counseling to students
Support academic planning, goal setting, and social-emotional development
Collaborate on IEPs, 504 plans, and intervention strategies as appropriate
Partner with educators, families, and school staff to support student success
Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support
Support school-wide initiatives such as SEL programs and MTSS
Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field
Valid School Counselor license (state-specific)
School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting student growth and mental health
