Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for a motivated and energetic Retail Sales Field Trainer to lead the development of our Retail Sales Partners Lead Generator team. This field-based role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and helping others reach their full potential while driving measurable business results.
As a Retail Field Trainer, you’ll recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Lead Generators across multiple retail locations. You’ll partner with store leadership, monitor performance, implement training initiatives, and provide ongoing support that helps your team succeed and grow.

Compensation: $25-30/hour DOE
Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and train new Lead Generators to become successful within their first two weeks.

Deliver hands-on coaching, role-playing, and performance development in the field.

Observe team performance and provide real-time feedback to improve customer engagement and lead generation.

Develop and facilitate training materials, field coaching sessions, and group training opportunities.

Visit assigned Home Depot locations to coach employees and support store partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot leadership and retail partners.

Coordinate Product Knowledge (PK) sessions and additional development opportunities.

Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling compliance, and geofencing activity.

Analyze key performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement coaching plans.

Provide regular communication and reporting to leadership regarding team performance, trends, and business results.

Ensure Lead Generators have the tools, resources, and support needed to be successful.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Previous experience in retail sales, lead generation, coaching, training, leadership, or a related field preferred.

Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple retail locations and priorities.

Valid driver’s license required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

Must successfully complete all required retail partner background checks.

Approximately 95% field-based with 5% administrative/office responsibilities.

Regular travel throughout the assigned market is required.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
