Job Summary

This role requires an individual who can analyze market trends, develop strategic business plans, and foster relationships with clients to enhance account management.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management review.
